SolaROI provides estimates including, but not limited to, Billing Analysis Details, Solar Demand, Number and Cost of Solar Panels as well as Return on Investment(ROI) indicators such as Number of Years till Profitability. These estimates and indicators are meant only for EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES. While we make our best effort to provide you with useful, actionable information, the information is ONLY AN ESTIMATE based on the accuracy of the information that you have provided and the accuracy of publicly available information used by SolaROI to calculate estimates, such as Power Utility data, such as Billing and Historical Pricing and Weather Related Data.

You expressly understand and agree that, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Helioplexus, and its subsidiaries, and affiliates, and Helioplexus' licensors and their suppliers, will not be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages that may be incurred by you, however caused and under any theory of liability (including contact, tort, common law, or statutory damages); any loss of revenues or profit (whether incurred directly or indirectly); any loss of goodwill or business reputation; any loss of data; any cost to procure substitute goods or services; or any intangible loss.
